II. 选手要求 Contestant Requirements
加拿大国籍、在中国境外成长、本人及其父母母语为非中文的加拿大在校小学生。上届全球决赛选手原则上不可连续两届参加比赛。年龄：6-12岁。
Elementary school students with Canadian citizenship, who grew up outside of China, with neither Chinese being the native language of the contestants nor of their parents, aged between 6 and 12. As a general rule, finalists from the previous Global Finals may not participate in the competition for two consecutive years.
III. 获奖名额 Number of Awards
一等奖1名，二等奖2名人，三等奖3名, 优秀奖若干
One first prize, two second prizes, three third prizes, and several merit awards
IV. 评委成员 Judges
评委从中文教师及其他专业人士中选出。
Judges are selected from among Chinese teachers and other professionals.
